About the project
One of our team (Terri Lynam) held a senior position in protocol management for the 5,000 seat Diving venue in Edinburgh. This operational role required management of:
- a team of volunteers
- rostering
- lounge catering set up and catering
- VIPs
- hospitality, and
- medal ceremony dignitaries.
During the event In the Round also undertook on-site observations of spectator experience and management as a piece of industry leading marketing research.
