About the project
We were commissioned by the County Council to scope out a marketing communications campaign to influence travel behaviour as part of the Authority's Local Sustainable Travel Fund. The commission included the identification of a concept brand, confirmation of key behavioural messages and the development of a communications channels matrix to identify the most appropriate approach. It also included recommendations regarding the development of bespoke web-based tools and other collateral. The purpose of this initial scoping exercise was to develop an outline case for funding of the campaign.
